介紹

病理影像與報告實作指引(Medical Imaging and Pathology Implementation Guide)採用HL7® FHIR® standard（Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources）IG建置方法，在 FHIR R4.0.1及臺灣核心實作指引(TW Core IG)之標準基礎上，進一步定義適用於病理影像與報告需求的Resource。本實作指引以非小細胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer, NSCLC)和非酒精性脂肪肝(non-alcoholic steatohepatitis diseases, NASH)病理報告為例，定義是適用之資料項目(欄位)、Flags、Cardinality、Type、Description & Constraint。
